We continue praying for the repose of the soul of Father Adrian Chishimba. There will be NO CONFESSION on Tuesday, 7/25, and our daily Mass begins at 12:30 pm instead of the normal schedule at 12:00 pm. St. Albert’s parish office will open at 1 pm so that staff can attend the funeral for Fr. Adrian. The funeral arrangements for Fr. Adrian are as follows: Visitation – Monday, July 24, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at St. John Neumann Parish in Austin. Vigil with Prayer of the Rosary – Monday, July 24, 2023, 7:00 p.m. at St. John Neumann Parish in Austin. Mass of Christian Burial – Tuesday July 25, 2023, at 10:30 am at St. John Neumann Parish in Austin. Rite of Committal and burial will take place at a later time in Zambia with Fr. Adrian’s family. All are welcome to attend the vigil and mass at St. John Neumann.
The parish office will be closed from Monday, July 17, through Thursday July 20th due to a staff retreat. We will reopen the parish office on Friday, July 21 at 9 am.
