This Tuesday, December 2, all the priests in the Diocese of Austin will be at the Advent day of Prayer and Reflection. Instead of a Mass, we will have a communion service at noon. Este martes, 2 de diciembre, todos los sacerdotes de la Diócesis de Austin participarán en la jornada de Adviento de Oración y Reflexión. En lugar de una misa, tendremos un servicio de comunión al mediodía.

We are receiving reports that parishioners are receiving suspicious emails from someone who is impersonating Fr. Red. Please DO NOT open or respond to such an email. The only email address you can trust is the one listed in the bulletin. When in doubt, delete it and do not interact with the imposter!

Our office will be closed from Thursday to Saturday, and resume our normal Narthex office hours on Sunday, November 30. Nuestra oficina permanecerá cerrada de jueves a sábado, y reanudará su horario habitual en Narthex el domingo 30 de noviembre.

On Wednesday, November 25, St. Albert is hosting a Thanksgiving meal—Feast of Grace—for parishioners and neighbors who are currently without a home, unable to provide a Thanksgiving meal for themselves or their family, or who will be alone for Thanksgiving. The meal will be in Seton Center from noon to 3 pm. There will be plenty of turkey, sides & desserts, fellowship & gratitude as we celebrate Thanksgiving together.

This Saturday is the feast day of our patron saint, St. Albert the Great. We will have the installation mass (bilingual) for Fr. Red at 10:00 AM. Please join us for this joyous occasion! YCP Austin invites all young Catholic professionals (ages 21–39) to a panel discussion on charity featuring Allison Cavazos (Catholic Charities of Central Texas), Joe Pojman (Texans for Life Coalition), and Fr. Michael Noriega (St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church). The event will explore how to integrate charity into our personal, professional, and faith lives. In preparing for Christmas for our neighbors in need we ask for your help in giving a gift card to help them provide a gift and meal for their family. We will have our Christmas Giving Tree set up in the Narthex, hung with envelopes and instructions for a needy family for you to take and return with a gift card (include a gift receipt), starting Nov 8 & 9. You can donate on our church website by clicking on GIVE and selecting "Christmas". We will be available that weekend to accept donations after masses. Please return the cards by Dec 6 & 7.
